Cake Smash & First Birthday Photography

One whole year.

Twelve months of tiny changes, first smiles, new adventures and a personality that seems to grow overnight.

A first birthday deserves more than a quick snapshot. It's a milestone worth celebrating—and remembering.

Danielle Denise Photography creates fun, beautifully styled cake smash and first birthday portraits in Central Louisiana for families in Central, Baton Rouge and surrounding Louisiana communities.

From classic and timeless designs to playful themed setups, your baby's session can be created to reflect their little personality.

First Birthday Portraits

Before the cake comes out, we'll take time to capture beautiful portraits of your newly minted one-year-old.

These images are all about those little expressions, tiny details and big personality that make your baby completely unique.

Cake Smash Sessions

Then comes the fun!

We'll let your little one discover their birthday cake while I capture all the smiles, curiosity, excitement and wonderfully messy moments that follow.

Cake smash sessions can be styled around your baby's personality, favorite colors or a special theme.

Beautifully Styled Birthday Sessions

I love creating thoughtfully styled setups that make your baby's first birthday portraits feel special and unique.

Whether you love a simple, timeless look or something colorful and playful, we'll create a session that you'll be excited to look back on years from now.
